Our team of experts have gathered years of experience and skill in understanding the need and requirements of our customers and clients, instantly which enables them to suggest the most relevant and suitable interior decoration ideas and products.
Our Story
Our business started with the motto, “if we build it, they will come” and had an opportunity to partner with and display products at a local franchised owned Ace Hardware. We built a manufacturing wholesale business model based on that relationship, and now we replicate that model by branding our company in certain markets through regional trade shows and public events. At these events, we promote and showcase our eco-friendly products because we do not operate a retail customer store-front ourselves. The unique styles and our 2nd to none focus on quality has been the cornerstones to finding additional relationships with other furniture and outdoor focused retailers who now carry and sell our products. We value our brick and mortar partners greatly as they are our livelihood. Therefore, we do not offer any direct online sales or provide pricing on the website.
Warranty
We warranty our High Density Polyetholene products as well as the craftsmanship of our furniture (assuming it was received fully assembled) to be free from manufacturing defects for 20 years – valid only to the original purchaser. Upon approving a warranty claim, we will ship the replacement parts, pieces and/or items directly to the consumer. Labor is not covered under this warranty and can be provided from a dealer at the discretion of the consumer.
